Endotoxin findings, certificate by certificate.
Every published COA whose recorded endotoxin outcome explicitly says fail, detected, positive or high—organized by vendor and linked to the underlying evidence.
A finding is not a universal vendor verdict.
The result applies to the tested sample and reported assay. Borderline results are shown separately and do not count as failures. Bare numeric readings remain unclassified when their unit or applicable specification cannot be defended.
