**Wegovy** (Semaglutide) real-world impact on weight, BMI, and quality of life to be assessed.

Obesity is a complex, chronic disease linked to numerous co-morbidities, posing significant global health challenges. Current treatment strategies often fall short, highlighting the need for more effective and sustainable interventions. Glucagon-like peptide 1 (GLP-1) receptor agonists represent a promising class of therapeutics, demonstrating substantial weight loss benefits. Semaglutide, marketed as Wegovy, is a GLP-1 analog approved for chronic weight management. This study aims to understand its real-world effectiveness and safety outside of controlled clinical trials.

This is a two-year, prospective, observational, single-arm study tracking Wegovy (Semaglutide) use in routine clinical practice. Participants with obesity will receive Semaglutide 2.4 mg weekly subcutaneous injection as prescribed by their physicians, consistent with standard care. The study will monitor changes in body weight, BMI, and waist circumference, alongside assessing the impact on overall quality of life. No specific interventions or modifications to treatment will be made by the study; data will be collected from existing clinical records and patient-reported outcomes over the 104-week duration.
