The test sample was applied in the amount of 3µl to the BioBasic 8 Thermo Scientific column. During the course of the
analysis with the method a linear gradient in the solutions of H20 and Acetonitrile with the addition of 0.1% trifuluoroacetic
acid, a peak of the sought substance appeared. Its content, when compared to the reference chromatogram, is 12,56mg.
