Policy
Text Message Terms
These terms cover optional TitrateLab shipping updates and vendor watchlist lab-report alerts, and the separately enrolled stock-alert pilot. Each program requires its own enrollment. Availability depends on the program and your account.
Last updated: October 8, 2026. Version 1.3. Operated by TitrateLab.
What you get
When you turn on shipping texts, the program covers your current and future paid orders. We text you when the carrier reports it has a parcel, when it is out for delivery, and when it is delivered. A tracking number or shipping label alone does not mean the carrier has the parcel. Each text names your order number, the carrier and how many parcels the order has, and links to your Shipping page. Texts never contain offers or advertising.
If you separately enroll in vendor watchlist alerts, choose the vendors and the kind of evidence you want: all new lab reports, endotoxin results, or lab-reported endotoxin failures. We can also notify you about a correction or withdrawal of a finding we previously sent. The message links to the report or an update on your watchlist. A newly added report may describe an older test; the report page shows the available evidence and dates. These alerts do not establish the quality or safety of a product and contain no offers, restocks, prices or advertising. Results concern the tested sample and do not establish the result for every product from a vendor. We may not receive every report; no text does not mean no relevant finding exists. Shipping enrollment does not enroll you in watchlist alerts.
Optional stock-alert pilot
Invited members with a verified account email may separately request one text when QSC lists KLOW 80mg, ten vials, for UK domestic shipping. This pilot is available only after provider approval and activation. Stock enrollment does not follow from shipping or lab-report consent. The pilot currently accepts US mobile numbers; UK describes the inventory origin.
We check complete source catalogs about every six hours and hold stock alerts between 8 PM and 9 AM in your confirmed timezone. We send one listing alert per explicit request, plus number-verification and enrollment messages. You may request another after the first is submitted. Delivery limits or stale source evidence may delay or prevent an alert. A listing is not a confirmed quantity, reservation, purchase, or guarantee of fulfillment. View the source time and available price/shipping evidence on Stock alerts. Turn off this program there, or reply STOP to stop all TitrateLab texts. Fees and privacy terms below apply.
How often
Message frequency varies with your orders, usually 1 to 3 texts per parcel. We send at most 12 texts to a number in a day, including verification and enrollment messages. We hold shipping texts between 8 PM and 9 AM in the local timezone you confirm at enrollment.
Routine vendor report alerts are limited to one in seven days. We reserve additional capacity for supported endotoxin failures and corrections, within a total of one research alert in 24 hours and two in seven days across your selected vendors. We hold them from 8 PM to 9 AM in the local timezone you confirm at enrollment. Confirmation codes and enrollment confirmations are additional service messages, included in our overall 12-text-per-number daily limit. Multiple results may be grouped in one text. Delivery limits, outages or changes to a report can delay or prevent a text; these alerts are not an emergency notification service. You can check the available evidence and updates in your account.
Cost
Text updates are free from TitrateLab. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
How to sign up
For shipping texts, use an account with a verified email and an eligible paid order, enter a supported US mobile number, agree to receive the texts, confirm your local timezone and verify the number with the 6-digit code we text you. Signing up is optional and is not required to buy anything.
For vendor watchlist alerts, use your Watchlist page, agree to that separate program, choose your vendor and alert preference, confirm your local timezone, and verify your number with a code. That enables your explicitly selected vendor and preference. You can change selections on Watchlist. An active Pro membership is required. A number already used for shipping still requires separate watchlist consent.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any of our texts to stop all TitrateLab SMS programs on that number. We confirm a STOP reply once and send no further program texts. You can also turn off shipping texts on Shipping, or watchlist texts on Watchlist; these controls affect only the selected program. You can disable texts for an individual vendor on Watchlist.
After STOP, reply START to allow texts to that number again. Your programs remain off until you deliberately enroll again from your account and verify your number under the current terms. START does not restore previous account subscriptions or select vendors for you.
Help

We use your number only to send the texts described here. We do not sell your number, and we do not share your number or your consent to receive texts with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
