Bremelanotide Improves Erectile Function in Sildenafil Non-Responders

Salvage of sildenafil failures with bremelanotide: a randomized, double-blind, placebo controlled study.

Background

Erectile dysfunction (ED) is a prevalent condition affecting millions of men globally, with sildenafil (a PDE5 inhibitor) being a primary treatment. However, a significant subset of patients experiences sildenafil failure, meaning they do not achieve satisfactory erections despite optimal dosing. Results
