Long-Term Safety and Effectiveness of Somatropin in Children
Observational Study of Somatropin Treatment in Children
Background
Growth disorders, including Growth Hormone (GH) Deficiency, Short Stature Homeobox Containing Gene (SHOX) Deficiency, and other Non-GH-deficient Growth Disorders, significantly impact pediatric development. While Somatropin (recombinant human growth hormone) is a standard treatment, comprehensive, long-term, real-world data on its safety and effectiveness across diverse pediatric populations has been less extensively documented. This extensive observational study aimed to provide crucial insights into these aspects of Somatropin therapy.
