Keith and Sylvia Kovaleski, owners of All American Peptide, pleaded guilty in the District of New Jersey to conspiring to distribute misbranded drugs and unapproved new drugs, and agreed to forfeit over $3 million in criminal proceeds.
Keith Kovaleski pleaded guilty on March 21, 2022 and Sylvia Kovaleski on March 22, 2022, before U.S. District Judge Susan D. Wigenton. From 2014 to January 2019 the company’s website sold tadalafil, SARMs, peptides and other drugs not approved for human use, including clenbuterol. The couple made and labelled products, including high-dose tadalafil capsules, in their South Amboy basement. Amtrak’s Office of Inspector General, which took part in the investigation, reports that Keith Kovaleski was sentenced on July 12, 2023 to 10 months’ home confinement and Sylvia Kovaleski on July 11, 2023 to three years’ probation.
