Background

Advanced and progressive endocrine tumors are often characterized by high vascularity and overexpression of various growth factors, including vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF), insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1), and transforming growth factor (TGF)-α and -β. Study Design

Patients with refractory endocrine tumors will be enrolled and allocated into six distinct cohorts based on tumor origin, including thyroid, lung, pancreas, digestive tract, adrenal gland, and paraganglia. The primary objective is to determine the radiological objective response rate (ORR) using RECIST v1.1 criteria. Secondary endpoints include Progression-Free Survival (PFS), evaluating the time from treatment initiation to tumor progression or death.

Results
