The global prevalence of obesity and overweight conditions continues to rise, necessitating effective and sustainable medical weight management strategies, often involving anti-obesity medications. While initial clinical trials demonstrate drug efficacy, there remains a critical need to understand the long-term, real-world effectiveness and comprehensive patient experiences when these medications are used in routine clinical practice. This ongoing observational study aims to address this knowledge gap by closely monitoring adults receiving such treatments.
