Obesity and overweight are pervasive global health challenges, significantly increasing the risk of severe comorbidities such as type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and certain cancers. While Tirzepatide (a dual GLP-1 and GIP receptor agonist) has demonstrated substantial efficacy in controlled clinical trials for weight management, there remains a critical need for real-world data on specific formulations like Spartina®. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Spartina® (Tirzepatide) in a post-marketing, real-world setting for patients with obesity and overweight, providing crucial insights beyond highly controlled trial environments.
