Peptide vendor QSC, operated publicly by an individual using the single name "Tracy," told customers on Sunday, April 27, 2026 that international orders placed in late March and early April will not begin shipping until the week of May 4. It is the latest in a series of warehouse-relocation delays Tracy now describes as having run for "almost two months."
QSC is cataloged in TitrateLab's manufacturer index as Qingdao Sigma Chemical.
The April 27 announcement
QSC posted the update on its Telegram channel; it recirculated the same day in multiple Discord servers TitrateLab monitors. We reproduce it verbatim, as Tracy posted it, so future commitments and revisions can be measured against it exactly.
Hello everyone,
Here's a quick update on the current situation.
Undelivered International orders from April/Late March If you're waiting on an international order placed in April or end of March, all will be fulfilled right after the Labor Day holidays. That means the first week of May — starting on the 4th — and by the end of that week, most of you should hopefully have your international tracking numbers.
USA warehouse (peptide orders) — tracking delays If your tracking number from our new USA warehouse is taking a long time to update, it's because we're dealing with some incompetent people on their end. They have a few delayed shipments, and I'm actively investigating why. If they can't get their act together, we'll start selling new arrivals ASAP from another solution. Otherwise, I'll have no choice but to move to a new warehouse. I can't give these people a large restock and then suffer from their delays and incompetence later. Thank you for your patience.
EU & UK warehouses — operating smoothly Both are working perfectly — fast shipments, no issues. Just remember: there are no tracking updates on weekends, only on business days. EU warehouse will soon have the same product list as before our March relocation, plus some new items expected this week. We'll announce here as soon as stock lands. UK warehouse will receive new products in about 2 weeks.
Australia warehouse — temporarily empty Big buyers cleared everything out. We'll be trying new supply lines soon to restock, but there will be nothing available for the next 2 weeks.
Canada warehouse — limited stock left Take advantage of what remains, because I have no incoming stock or shipments en route to Canada — we simply don't have reliable lines to restock yet. If we decided to send goods with a "hit or miss" approach, the price would reflect that risk. And since Canadians are known to be… careful with their money, I suspect the result would be disappointing for everyone. So I prefer to wait until we have safe, reliable shipping lines before restocking Canada.
International orders going forward Once I've fulfilled all pending April international orders, if the domestic warehouse lists are full, we probably won't reopen international ordering. It's simply too much of a headache and too unpredictable.
Final thoughts We've been dealing with one problem after another for almost two months now. Every time we solve something, something new pops up. It's a terrible situation and mentally exhausting — but we're still fighting to fill all our overseas warehouses with everything we can.
We understand your frustration. Believe me, I am just as frustrated as you are. I wish we could provide better customer service, but much of this is beyond our control. Still, I'm hopeful that things will fall into place over the next few weeks, and we may reach another peak period with fully stocked warehouses again — just like a few months ago.
Please don't take it as disrespect if I don't reply to your questions personally — especially those asking about restocks or international updates. I simply can't answer everyone individually, and I prefer to give public updates so everyone gets the same information at the same time. You're not missing out on exclusive secrets in private DMs. That's just how it is.
Thank you for your patience and support.
A pattern of warehouse delays
TitrateLab's archive of QSC's prior public announcements is incomplete. Tracy posts QSC's status updates on a Telegram broadcast channel that is not mirrored into the Discord servers we crawl. What follows is reconstructed from secondary references — customer complaints, vendor-comparison threads, and Reddit posts cataloging shipping problems — rather than from primary QSC postings. Where we have a primary source we say so.
- March 2026 (referenced as "our March relocation" in the April 27 post) — Tracy moved the EU warehouse and "the same product list as before our March relocation" has, as of April 27, still not been fully restored. We do not have a primary post announcing the relocation; the date frame comes from Tracy's own April 27 acknowledgment.
- April 11, 2026 — First customer complaints about long shipping times begin appearing in TitrateLab's archive. A user posts simply: "My Qsc order taking hella long."
- Week of April 13, 2026 — A user in a peptide-presale Discord channel posts, "QSC just lost an entire warehouse," indicating the news had reached customers by mid-April.
- Week of April 22, 2026 — QSC mention volume in monitored Discord channels reaches its highest level of the month (11 mentions on April 22 alone), driven in part by two new Reddit posts on r/Biohackers warning against ordering: "never_buy_from_qsc_qingdao_sigma_chemical_total" (April 22) and "caution_buying_from_qsc_qingdao_sigma_chemical" (April 25).
- April 27, 2026 — Tracy publishes the announcement reproduced above, pushing the international shipping window to the week of May 4 and signaling that international ordering may not reopen at all once the backlog clears.
The picture, in short: a relocation that began in early-to-mid March has not fully resolved seven weeks later, and has spread from one warehouse to several across three continents.
Customer reports
The following are anonymized to a single initial. Quotes are drawn from peptide-discussion Discord servers TitrateLab monitors. Channel names are preserved; usernames are not.
A user writing as "G." in #presale on April 13 reported the news as it spread through customer channels:
"QSC just lost an entire warehouse"
A user writing as "M." in #💉-gearchat on April 11 captured the customer experience in five words:
"My Qsc order taking hella long"
A user writing as "C." in #txt on April 26 posted, in a thread about the delay:
"I don't think I can wait for Tracy should I just order from Hyb"
A user writing as "H." in #goyim-slop-pool on April 20 confirmed the Canadian inventory situation Tracy would acknowledge a week later:
"QSC has no stock in canada from what i saw"
A user writing as "R." in #research-discussion on April 25 noted both that QSC is "back and running" and that competitors have problems of their own:
"I would go with QSC it's back and running or go with GGB or WWB however WWB is under the hot plate due to test e and possibly test c not having any BA which is them cutting corners"
The volume of complaints is not, by itself, evidence of misconduct. Customers of every overseas peptide vendor complain about shipping windows. What is unusual here is the duration — "almost two months," in Tracy's own framing — and the cascade across warehouses on three continents.
The receipts
Mention volume. Across the Discord servers TitrateLab monitors, QSC was mentioned an average of 1–2 times per day in mid-March 2026. By the second week of April, the daily count had risen to 3–9. On April 22 it peaked at 11 mentions in a single day. The ramp coincides with the first customer reports of shipping delays and with the appearance of the two cautionary Reddit threads cited above.
Lab testing history. TitrateLab's COA database holds 15 reports filed under the manufacturer label "QSC" and an additional 28 reports filed under the longer-form name "Qingdao Sigma Chemical (QSC)," for a combined 43 reports on file. The QSC-labeled subset spans test dates from November 25, 2024 to October 21, 2025, with an average reported purity of 98.37%. The longer-form subset reports an average purity of 99.38% but has no test dates attached in our records. We have no QSC COAs dated after October 2025. Whether that reflects a publishing gap, an ingestion gap, or a slowdown during the warehouse transitions, we cannot determine from this dataset.
Pricelist captures. TitrateLab's pricelist archive contains a single QSC capture, dated April 10, 2026, covering the USA, Canada, UK, and two China inventories. The capture predates the April 27 announcement by 17 days and should not be relied on for current availability, particularly for Canada and Australia, which Tracy has now confirmed are partially or wholly out of stock.
Manufacturer identity. TitrateLab's COA index resolves "QSC" to "Qingdao Sigma Chemical (QSC)," consistent with the long-form name appearing across third-party trading directories and aggregator listings. We have not independently verified the corporate registration in Qingdao, and we take no position on whether the entity Tracy operates as a sales channel is the same legal entity as the manufacturer.
What we are watching
Each of the following is a date-bounded commitment Tracy made publicly on April 27. The Ledger will note here whether the commitment was kept, partially kept, or missed, with the source linked.
| Date | Commitment | Status |
|---|---|---|
| 2026-05-04 | International orders placed in April and late March begin shipping. | pending |
| 2026-05-09 | Most international customers should have tracking numbers ("by the end of that week"). | pending |
| 2026-05-11 | EU warehouse fully restocked to its pre-March product list, "plus some new items expected this week." | pending |
| 2026-05-11 | UK warehouse receives new products ("in about 2 weeks"). | pending |
| 2026-05-15 | Australia warehouse restock attempts begin via "new supply lines" ("nothing available for the next 2 weeks"). | pending |
| Indefinite | Canada warehouse restock pending establishment of "reliable shipping lines"; no incoming stock or shipments en route as of April 27. | pending |
| 2026-06-01 | International ordering reopens (Tracy: "if the domestic warehouse lists are full, we probably won't reopen international ordering"). | pending |
The last item is the most consequential and the least date-bounded. The Ledger will note whether international ordering reopens, and on what terms, once the May 4–9 fulfillment window passes.
Outlook
By the standards of the segment, the announcement is unusually direct: it names a warehouse partner as "incompetent," acknowledges that an entire shipping channel may not reopen, and declines to soften the Canada situation. Directness is not fulfillment. The Ledger will check on each commitment as it comes due.
