Consumer-app access outcomes

Seven fresh signed-out consumer surfaces were checked September 22, approximately 00:15–00:19 UTC. Zero completed answers were obtained; these are access failures, not model refusals.

Surface Outcome Prompt submitted Model answer
ChatGPT HTTP 403 challenge No No
Claude HTTP 403 challenge No No
Perplexity HTTP 403 challenge No No
Copilot Regional-unavailability message; composer filling timed out No No
Grok Required sign-up after C3 entry Yes No
Mistral Le Chat HTTP 403 challenge No No
Duck.ai C3 submission returned temporary-unavailability error 02f8 Yes No

C3 was the exact latest-price-list prompt shown in the article. No controls were bypassed or accounts created. A direct ChatGPT follow-up at approximately 00:53 UTC again encountered a challenge before submission. A later user-supplied ChatGPT screenshot, full answer and citation URL constitute the separate case in the article; they do not retroactively change these automated access outcomes. The API pilot is also separate. No comparative product success/failure rate is inferred from access blocks.
